Finance Manager

Minimum qualifications:
B.Com Degree or equivalent
Completed 3 yrs articles
Professional Membership/ Associations (SAICA, SAIPA) is advantageous

Knowledge & skills:
Knowledge of financial management frameworks
Knowledge of PFMA, IFRS, Treasury Regulations, GRAP, GAAP, Income Tax Act and other statutory requirements
Knowledge of supply chain management framework
Knowledge of Accounting Systems
General knowledge of broader political, economic & social environment

KPA's:
Manage the budgeting process that supports the overall strategy
Implementation and manage risk management process
Planning and organising
Financial Management/ oversight and compliance
Establish and maintain a financial reporting system - compile reports on financial affairs in accordance with GAAP, GRAP, PFMA, Treasury Regulations and IFRS
Custodian of assets and maintain asset register in compliance with Treasury Regulations (GRAP, GAAP)
Organisatinal management and governance
Implement and manage the Supply chain management system
Compliance, Management & reporting
Staff management and development

Salary:  R577- 647k CTC p/a
