Job Description
(CA) SA – Minimum 3-5 years experience as an FM.
Preparation of consolidated management accounts on a monthly basis for the group
Preparation of monthly Exco presentations and quarterly board report
Complete control of management accounts for individual companies
Preparation of management accounts and other financial records/documents for the African companies.
Control of all tax related matters for the group
Control of company Fixed Asset Register, including updating for additional capex items and depreciation thereon
Liaison with auditors of the group
Full control of year end annual external audit
Assist with relationship with bank managers
Liaison with non executive directors of the company - providing information when required
Completion of company annual returns on Cipro
Ratio analysis
Report writing
Variance analysis
Stay informed of SAICA legislation changes and all relevant government Acts reasonably associated with the financial function
Cash flow and income statement projections
Monitor current and quarterly cash flow projections
Preparation of municipal and other tenders (including the financial model and the related returns and financial offer to the municipality)
Preparation of proposals to provide various advertising units to prospective landlords
Preparation of annual budgets including individual rep budgets
Various adhoc assignments required by directors
