Job Description

Finance Manager - EE/AA

• Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to deliver the full financial function from planning through to reporting, analysing and forecasting of financial and volumetric performance.
• Drive performance and accountability against plans and targets across the full spectrum of volume’s, finance performance and cash.
• Support General Manager of the various markets with obtaining clear understanding of the historical and forecasted performance through concise and insightful reporting and analysis.
• Project manage and lead growth initiatives to enable the business to achieve it’s growth aspirations.
• Lead and manage all governance and compliance initiatives to ensure that the markets have solid controls and are fully compliant with all internal and external requirements.
• Drive process improvement across the business, to benefit the control environment and profit delivery.
• Ensuring all management accounting including management financial planning, and analysis is accurate, complete and delivered on time with appropriate insight and analysis to aid understanding and decision support.
• Ensuring all corporate reporting, financial planning and analysis is accurate, complete and delivered on time with appropriate insight and analysis to aid understanding and decision support.

Qualifications and Experience Required: 
CA/CIMA/B Com, Honours, Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferably within FMCG,
3-5 years financial management experience, with emphasis on business planning and performance management. Experience with working in a cross functional team delivering business growth. Experience in design and implementation of systems to control and manage businesses or aspects of a business.

French Speaking candidate would be advantageous & regular travel would be required for this position.
