What happens to my results?
All psychometric assessment results are treated with utmost confidentiality. Assessment results will always be interpreted by a trained psychologist and will only be made known to persons directly participating in the recruitment process and the relevant line manager. If you subsequently join the Group, the assessment results may be used for career development purposes.
