B.Com due for completion at the end of 2012. Experienced in AccPac; SAP; Caseware; Pastel and Microsoft Office. This candidate has 9 years of accounting experience and has completed 5 years at one of the big 4 as Advisor in the financial management department. This candidate has been responsible for the successful implementation of accounting solutions at various clients; Performed managerial functions when on secondment to clients; Ensuring that the municipal sector clients adhered to and were compliant with the MFMA and GRAP standards; Performing financial management functionality such as accounts receivable/payable function, VAT reviews & reconciliations. He also performed client audit readiness and drafting of financial statements (IFRS, GAAP and GRAP). His audit experience includes the Aviation, Retail, Conservation, Real Estate, Public sectors and others.

She has worked as the accounts manager of a national supermarket chain for 4 years in South Africa and 2 years for a supermarket group in Ireland. Her roles have included preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements to Audit level; processing of weekly and monthly sales, stocks, returns and wastage reports; control and depreciation of fixed assets; as well as all aspects of debtors & creditors accounts.   Her payroll experience has included all aspects from completion and management of all employee forms and files to calculation, reconciliation and processing of weekly and monthly payments for approximately 400 staff. Her work career has also seen her experience the fields of HR, IT and hotel management.

She has recently returned to South Africa and is immediately available – looking for a Financial Management position in Durban and surrounding areas at a salary of R360 000 plus per annum.
